Wintergreen essential oil is a bright, happy, energizing mint. One drop added to a carrier oil or my unscented salt lotion is ideal after a workout. The scent is invigorating and upbeat. Wintergreen has commonly been used in ancient heath for aging and tired joints & muscles. This is one of the important ingredients of my Ache Away II essential oil blend.
