My version of a calming, peace blend - Peaceful. This essential oil blend is a fragrant calming, floral blend that may be diffused or used topically (always with a carrier oil!). Hand-blended in small batches with 100% pure essential oils (this is NOT a dilution) - .5 oz (15mL).
Diffuse for: overactive children (or adults!), calming sleep, night-time teeth grinding, yoga, and meditation.
Topical (dilute!) for: night-time waking (rub on feet & pulse points), anxiety & stress (back of next and pulse points).

Finally a peaceful blend that smells peaceful!
I’ve been searching for a relaxing/calming blend for a few years now. Most blends include cedar wood which overpowers everything else in my opinion. If you’re looking for a blend with stronger notes of lavender, chamomile, and orange then this is for you!

The aroma of calmness
I wear this blend often and scent my weighted blankets with it. I always get comments of "you smell so good" and blanket customers often ask where they can find this oil blend to rescent their blankets.
