Vetiver essential oil is commonly diffused to provide a calm & focused environment, it has an exotic, dark woodsy yet earthy aroma. It blends well with Bergamot, Lavender, or Lemon for diffusion. Topically, vetiver is used (always with a carrier oil!) to even our skin tone or add 3-5 drops to a bath to calm down restlessness.
My favorite use is to diffuse Vetiver with Lavender and Bergamot for a good night's rest. 4 drops Vetiver, 3 drops Lavender, 3 drops Bergamot.
