Lemongrass essential oil is an ideal ingredient for homemade deodorant and handcrafted hair and body products. Lemongrass is invigorating and useful in helping with acne treatment and oily skin (think homemade soap!). Diffuse lemongrass oil for an uplifting, clean, strengthening aroma.

Lemongrass oil is often used as a base for natural mosquito and bug repellents. This oil would be a great aromatherapy gift for a friend or new neighbor! Be warned though, bees love lemongrass oil (try lemon eucalyptus for best mosquito results).
